Friday
Breakfast on your own 

 
8:25AM: Arrive at the Colman Dock in Seattle (walking distance from the Arctic Club).
Please try to arrive early to purchase your ferry ticket. 
 
8:45AM–9:15AM: Ferry ride from Seattle to Bainbridge Island.
 
9:15AM: Tour vans will pick up from dock. If you are traveling with someone, please let us know.   
 
9:45AM–10:45AM: Guided tour of the Bloedel Reserve and walk with Susan Wiggs.
The New York Times called the Reserve one of this country’s most original and ambitious gardens” featuring an award-winning Japanese garden and guest house. 
 
11:30AM–12:45PM: Guided tour and wine tasting at Bainbridge Vineyard and Suyematsu Farm with Susan Wiggs.
Located on seven acres of historic farmland, the only vineyard on the island whose wine is made exclusively from their own island-grown grapes and fruit.
 
1:15PM–2:45PM: Lunch at Bainbridge Island’s Bruciato with host, Susan Wiggs.

3:00PM–4:15PM: Wine tasting at Eleven Winery and reading by Susan Wiggs.

4:30PM–6:00PM: An afternoon in Bainbridge — Stop by three shops for a tasting experience! Churchmouse Yarns & Teas for a tea tasting, sherry tasting and knitting experience, and shopping. Pelindaba Lavender for lavender sampling. Mora Iced Creamery for ice cream sampling
 
Dinner on your own. 
 
Take the ferry back to Bainbridge at your leisure! Last ferry out is 12:55AM.
